My experience at Thurlow Nunn Dereham was positive because Matthew Hall was efficient and professional every step of the was. Matt answered all my questions and I had many as it was my first time doing an online purchase without seeing the vehicle in person, as the Thurlow site where the car was located was too far for me to visit. However, the fact there is also a Thurlow branch in my hometown was reassuring. Matt covered full video showing of the vehicle, continually responded to me in a timely manner and was always willing to answer any of my questions and requests. Sending me email updates of the vehicles progress. Matt never used 'car sales' pressure but worked with me with a natural approach and always remained polite and professional.

When the car was delivered I was really impressed by the same standard of professionalism by the team that delivered drove the car to my home address. I was always very grateful and impressed that no delivery charge was added, I think this really shows a good attitude to customer care and appreciation for our purchase, thank you.

Thurlow Nunn Dereham were great because our salesman was 100 percent helpful and friendly from when we first walked into the showroom, We were offered a drink which was immediately collected for us. he then asked exactly what it was that we wanted and then kept us informed of what he was doing. We were kept in the process of the search at every stage. Ryan arranged for us to have a test drive in a car of the same model although it was petrol and not electric. Ryan then arranged for the car to be transported to Dereham for us to have a test drive. At all times we kept informed of the progress of our purchase. On evry visit to Thurlow Nunn Dereham we have been treated with cosideration and respecy and nothing as been too much trouble for them

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Dereham was really good from start to finish. My partner saw a vehicle she wanted on their website, and I enquired accordingly. A prompt call was received by a lady called Jessica to book in a test drive for a couple of days later, and we were happy with the test drive and the vehicle knowing it was what we were after, and had a good specification etc. Sam our sales specialist was on hand on the day to explain the vehicle and its features, as well as contacting us before the test drive to provide further information and an honest overlook of the vehicle. We then discussed the vehicle and agreed the sale. This process was straight forward, simply providing information and waiting for confirmation. The process of selling my partners previous car to Thurlow Nunn was also seamless and easy. The options given at point of sale (I.e paint protection etc) were good and well explained too. A few days later we were informed the vehicle was ready for pick up and we duly went and collected it. It was clean and well presented when we got it and have been enjoying it since! Sam was great and helped anytime I had any questions. Really good experience and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a car.
