Thurlow Nunn Dereham were great because Sam (the salesman) was excellent in the service he provided from showing great patience in helping me choose the right car through to the continued aftersales follow up. Liked the videos! Much more personal than an email!

I had a great experience at Thurlow Nunn Dereham because my initial contact Ryan was very helpful with answering some basic questions about a couple of Vauxhall models and gave me his card saying that if I decided on Vauxhall but they didn’t have one in stock, he could search other branches to see if a suitable one was available. I returned a week later but he was not working that day and I spoke to Matt who found a car for me at another site, arranged to have it brought over and for the test drive. Matt was on holiday when it arrived, so Ryan helped out with this. Both sales people were extremely helpful and I finalised paperwork etc and handover with Matt.
My father previously bought a few cars through Dereham Vauxhall and since he passed way, my mother took ownership of his car and had excellent service from the ongoing service plan until she finally gave up driving earlier this year and sold the car.

Thurlow Nunn Dereham staff were good because they were very helpful explaining in a way which was easy to understand also very friendly conversations with the salesman and the delivery driver, thank you to Matt and Sally, regards Matt
